We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.
